1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GlobalStudyLab ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform, including students, instructors, parents, and organizations.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.2 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental consent. Parents can create and manage accounts for their children through our Parent Portal.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Content and Courses

3.1 Course Access

Upon purchasing a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for personal, non-commercial use.

3.2 Content Restrictions

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content for any purposes without the prior written consent of GlobalStudyLab or the respective content owners.

3.3 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create (assignments, comments, forum posts). By posting content, you grant GlobalStudyLab a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with the Platform.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Pricing

Prices for courses and subscriptions are displayed in your local currency when possible. All prices are subject to change without notice. Promotions and discounts may be subject to additional terms.

4.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for course purchases. Refunds are available if you have completed less than 30% of the course content. Subscription refunds are prorated based on usage.

4.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Prices may or may not include taxes depending on your location.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GlobalStudyLab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of GlobalStudyLab.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Collect or track personal information of other users
• Spam, phish, or engage in any fraudulent activity

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. GLOBALSTUDYLAB MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GLOBALSTUDYLAB, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to GlobalStudyLab in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
