Certificates are issued only for eligible courses or learning paths after all required lessons and assessments are completed successfully.
Open the certifications area from the learner dashboard or certification pages, then select the credential you want to view. Use the download option to save a PDF or image version where available.
If a course should have issued a certificate but did not, confirm that all completion conditions are met and then contact support with the course name and your learner email.
